Instructions:
- Set the shipping address as the delivery address.
- Have the phone number be the callback number in case we have questions.
- Write out the order details for milk preference, hot or iced, etc.
- Choose the drink you'd like to have delivered!
- For pickup, we will make the drink when you come pick up!
